Georgie is a beautiful, incredibly sweet, and kind-natured pony who absolutely adores attention and will do anything for a treat! She loves to be pampered and is a pleasure to have on the yard.

If you want a safe and fun hack, Georgie is your girl! She is 100% bombproof in heavy traffic, around loud farm machinery, and with all types of farm animals. She is perfectly well-behaved hacking out on her own, in a group, or even alongside a bicycle. She thrives on exploring and absolutely loves a good canter across open fields.

Georgie is a seasoned little all-rounder. She has been there and done it with Pony Club rallies, Pony Club camp, and smaller local competitions. She really enjoys jumping, easily clearing courses up to 60cm, and shows off plenty of natural spring! Suitability: She is best suited for a confident child who can "kick her on" and get the absolute best out of her.

This is a genuinely sad sale of a much-loved pony, purely because her current jockey has already moved on to her next mount. A 5-star, loving home is our absolute top priority for this special girl.

11hh Black Mare – Beautiful, Kind-Hearted Family Pony

It is with a very heavy heart that we offer Beauty for sale. She has been a much-loved member of our family for the past 3 years, but sadly she is being wasted with us and deserves a little rider to enjoy everything she has to offer.

Last summer, Beauty spent the season being ridden by our 5-year-old niece on the lead rein, which gave her so much confidence. Together they enjoyed beach rides, shows, and plenty of fun outings, often coming home with rosettes and winning their classes.

Beauty is the ultimate all-rounder. She has previously done cross-country, beach rides, showing, and jumping, and absolutely loves her work. Fillers, coloured poles, and new environments never faze her – she is a genuine little machine who always aims to please. At the same time, she is equally happy stepping down to be a safe and sensible lead rein pony.

For a child wanting to come off the lead rein, I would describe her as a fantastic 1.5/second pony for a confident little rider who knows the basics and is ready to have fun.

She is handled daily by children, loves attention, and will happily stand to be groomed all day. She has never been nasty and has the sweetest temperament. Beauty thrives on work and enjoys having a job to do.

She loads perfectly, travels well, and is never sick or sorry. She is good with traffic, the farrier, clipping, and all the usual pony activities. She comes with a full wardrobe.

This is an incredibly sad sale for us. Beauty has been everything we could have wished for and will be greatly missed. The only reason for sale is that our niece is learning to come off the lead rein on her first pony, and Beauty deserves a home where she can continue to shine.

Please, serious enquiries only, as finding the right home for this special little pony is our absolute priority. We have loads of pics and videos if you wanted to see more.

Sid is a CHAPS registered 6 year old gelding. Easy to do in every way. Same home since 1year old. Produced slowly by mum and daughter. Reluctant sale due to daughter now working full time.

Sid loves trips out in the trailer. Since we’ve had him, right from a youngster he has done lots in hand, for example, agility, woodland walks, trips to the lake, inhand shows.

Under saddle he is very responsive and has nice forward paces. Has done lots of hacking this year. Been introduced to traffic and has been fine with what he’s seen. He’s good in open fields too. Will lead from another horse. Snaffle mouth. Due to his age, he has not done loads of work in the school but he has done a little and has all the tools. He’s not done lots of canter in the school and circles etc as we have been taking it slow so his bones are fully strong and he learns to balance etc. He has done a couple of pole clinics, shown great promise, his instructor loved him, tiny xc jumps, loves a ditch, tarp and water etc.

As well as my young adult daughter, he has been ridden by novice children on lead rein. Will steady down or speed up depending on the rider. He’s not ready yet to look after a little jockey completely off lead rein only due to his age but he will 100% be that pony in a couple of years. If he’s walking out with mum and dad on the road, he would happy walk along without having to be led but round a course at the moment, he just needs to build confidence before he can take a child round. We can provide references from people who know him who can vouch for his sweet personality and temperament and us as honest sellers.

This is a really sad sale. He is a very special boy who deserves the best home. No novices please due to his age. We are so attached so am not wanting a quick sale to just anyone, just the right family to continue his education and have loads of fun.

He hasn’t wanted for anything. He comes with good quality tack and rugs sold separately.
Everything up to date
Bare foot
Easy to do in every way
No vet history
No lumps or bumps
Lives out
Happy with a grazing muzzle
Happy to be restricted
Happy in stable
No separation anxiety
Hacks out alone but prefers company
Happy tucking in at the back rather than in front
Strong enough for a little mum to ride too
Not bold so would be happier living with kind ponies!!

The Ultimate Barbie Pony
Gurnos Gold Medallion (aka “Colonel Custard”)

Custard has just turned 13 and is a registered 11.2hh Welsh Section A Gelding on a green passport. Very pretty with 4 white socks. We have owned him for the past 2½ years, during which time he has been a much-loved and very busy little pony.

With us, Custard has been used as a lead-rein pony and has taken part in hunt rides, Pony Club rallies, gymkhanas (he can be spooky so not suited to games), showing, and countless adventures. He is incredibly friendly, loves attention, and will happily follow you around the field like a dog. He enjoys hacking both alone and in company.
He’s happy to be left on his own in the stable and field and is very low maintenance. He’s led around by children and doesn’t kick or bite.

In his previous home, Custard was ridden by an older jockey and competed regularly in showjumping, proving he has plenty of scope for a more adventures rider.

Custard can be a little nervous in new situations and is very responsive/sharp off the leg, so for that reason we feel he would not be suitable for a first-ridden or inexperienced home. He would be best suited to a confident child or family wanting a fun, capable pony.

Up to date with vaccinations and teeth
Barefoot
No known medical issues
Never had laminitis
Travels very well (may occasionally object to loading but always goes on after a brief protest!)

This is a heart-breaking sale, but we are now looking for a first-ridden pony, so Custard is fit and ready to find his next loving home.

Serious enquiries only — homes will be vetted carefully. The right home is more important to us than price. Leicestershire

Violet has been with us for 5 years and was our son's lead rein pony and then he rode off the lead rein.

We have classed her as a 2nd pony only because she would not be a plod off the lead rein (at the same time she is not whizzy).

She has been well looked after by knowledgeable folk and is trimmed regularly.

Like all Welsh Ponies she likes her food but she is happy in a field or in her stable.

She is good with other horses and can be in a field on her own. She is good to catch, brush and trim and she will happily stand all day.

She has been shown locally and is happy to be ridden with other horses and is well behaved with them.

She is only for sale as our son is concentrating on other sports and she enjoys the attention of doing things and being loved.

Silver (from the Rookery line) has been the best pony to our 3 children. From my 3 year old son riding him on the lead rein in an Inly Dinky, to my 6 year old daughter coming off lead rein with such confidence to my 8 year old daughter competing in NSEA and Sunshine Tour Qualifiers. The sort of pony that means you can sit at PC Camp with a coffee and relax, or take to a local showing show and come home with all the ribbons.

Qualified for NSEA 40cm this year, and Sunshine tour intro dressage and x poles and 40 last year.

He isnt a world class jumping pony - he isnt sharp enough, but if you want a safe pony to pop over some x poles and small WHP fences in a steady, safe and controlled way, he is your boy. Has done super well as a 122 WHP, which we have done at local level.

Wonderful to hack, but prefers company when he does, either a parent on foot / bike / or another horse / pony.

Happy to live out 24/7 but happy in as well.

If you are looking for a pony who will help your child come off the LR - Silver is your boy. Can be lazy for very little legs, so we often carry a schooling whip or baton.

NEVER SHARP / SILLY / NASTY.

** Silver has had a few months off after pulling a muscle but following physio is now back in work and totally sound and happy. He does have mild sweet itch which is easily managed with the sweet itch jab or a bug buster rug **

A million videos and photos.

Please no time wasters. First to view will buy. Very sad sale, but my daughters have moved up to the next level.

Full Tack Included.

The time has come for our beloved Reggie to find his next little person.

He is beautifully put together, abd really moves. He is fantastic to lead and also goes off the lead.

Has competed at some of the countries biggest shows and never needs working in, plugs or calmers he is very much off the lorry a quick 5 mins and is good to go.

He has done lots of PC and riding club rallies as well as his showing. He will happily trot round over some small jumps on the lead but jumping really isn't his thing.

This is a very sad sale for us but he is still young with many more years to give to another family with small children.

3 beautiful paces. Has done all PC activities. He has been our lead-rein and first ridden. Perfect on lead-rein and with handler near by. Great first ridden at walk, trot and to jump. Happy to step down for tiny littlies or up for bigger more secure children.

Good to hack alone and in company at all paces. Leads off a horse. Good with traffic, tractors, trains and puddles. Not spooky.

Ridden and handled by children. Good for farrier. Currently barefoot. Great to catch and cuddle, always pleased to see you and often gives a little whiney to say hello! Good to load and travel. Lives in or out. No injuries, ailments or lameness. 18 yo. Fully up to date with vaccinations, worming, farrier and regular maintenance massages (yes we spoil him!).

Won Area 2 (age 8 and under) ODE championship last year with a beatiful 87% dressage test and double clear at Todburn. Often out and about at PC rallies and local events also done a few games training sessions. Currently jumping 50cm rounds but has jumped higher at home. Also done some short distance endurance rides with good low heart rate. Comes with full wardrobe including professionally fitted saddle.

Very sad sale of a beloved family pony as our littlest is ready for the next step. On rare occasions he can get anxious on the ground and requires reassurance from an experienced handler. Occasionally he misbehaves at canter off-lead hence we are looking for lead-rein home.

We are in no hurry to sell-we are looking for the best home. Home must be 5* with experienced adults.

Stunning 12hh Welsh Section A Gelding. Chestnut roan with 4 whites and a flaxen mane and tail- stands out in a crowd and would do well in the show ring. Stocky and takes up the leg well but not heavy.

Cracker has taken my daughter from being on the lead rein nervous to cantering around open fields, first shows, and taught her everything she knows. He is easy for children to catch, groom, clip, load (trailer or box), and is as good as gold in all ways. He is barefoot with sturdy feet and has never needed shoes, he is good with the farrier. Loves to hack out either alone or in company and isnt spooky, good with all traffic

On the lead rein, he is the most fantastic pony, one that mothers dream of! He is so good in all ways at all paces and looks after the tiniest tots bobbling around and flapping about. Happy to have kids doing the macarena/around the world etc and doesnt bat an eyelid. Cracker is good to be led from other horses or people at all speeds and this is where he really excells.

Off the lead rein, Cracker is more woah than go generally. He needs leg to get moving but does go. When out and about hes usually slightly more forward but isnt silly. He doesnt hot up if being ridden in a field rather than the school and really enjoys variety. He has done pony club activities, shows and arena hires. He enjoys xc and is good over ditches. Absolutely loves hacking. He adjusts to the rider he has on his back and reacts accordingly.

Cracker is only for sale as he has been sadly outgrown and my second daughter has minimal interest. We have had him for 3 wonderful years. He would suit a family with a couple of children to help bring them on through the ranks. We think very highly of this little pony and want him to be as loved in his next home as he has been with us.

Cracker has never had laminitis to our knowledge and has always been sound without any medical issues. He does need suncream on his nose in summer but otherwise is very low maintainence.

Will come with all his tack, boots etc and extensive wardrobe.

Firstly before I write any more information. Whoever loans this superstar, will need to spend the first 4 weeks with her here at our yard in St Agnes. This is non negotiable, she is my absolute favourite little person ever, and she will only leave here when I am 100% certain someone can offer her the same loving home that she has here! In an ideal world she would stay here, but that can be discussed.

Where to start!

Elsa has been with us for 3 years now, and has done absolutely everything with my daughter, who couldn't rise to the trot when she got her, but learnt to do this on her (and the pony learnt too) which shows just what an exceptional temperament she has.

She has done ponyclub rally's, mounted games training, hacks, fun rides and lots of training and lessons at home here in st Agnes.

She has only been backed for 3 years, but in that time, I haven't once seen her spook at something out hacking, she's perfect with all traffic including big rally's of motorbikes etc, she will go first middle or last in a group, but we do find it's easier for me to be behind her Geeing her along, as she can be a bit slow if you're backing out with bigger horses.

She's more of a come on will you speed up pony, rather than a whoa will you slow down one, but she will still have a good canter out on our hacks, and in the school when asked.

She's much better as a first ridden, but she will also be a lead rein, but I have found her better with the rider controlling the reins as she's inclined to take her body where the stones aren't so pronounced which can make leading harder (that is probably all ponies that are unshod but I thought best to mention it) if your hacking isn't as stony as ours then she would be a perfect lead rein.

When it is windy in the sandschool and sometimes out at a new venue, she can take offence to a corner, and spook, but this is nothing more than a turn of the bum, and it's never out hacking.

She is forgiving of small people bouncing and having not the best control of the reins, but would prefer this minimised as she's such a poppet she deserves to be ridden by kind riders.

Elsa is in by day and out by night, she has a small feed (this originally started as a bribe as she came to me uncatchable, but it's turned into the favourite part of her day, and she calls to us and comes running to come in) and she has soaked hay in the stable. We manage her grazing tightly and because of this she hasn't ever had laminitis nor been overweight, she is worked on the lunge or longline twice a week and ridden 3-4 times. I am sure she would be fine with less than this, but it would need to be discussed as she has an excellent level of fitness at the moment, and is ready to do pretty much anything the rider wants to do.

Elsa is hands down the nicest pony I've ever met, and she will not go off with just anyone.
