Teddy jumps everything and isn’t spooky. Would suit a confident teenager wanting to jump/xc and would make a fantastic working hunter

Unfortunately Teddy has some trust issues… He still has nervous tendencies and has some issues with mounting, bathing and clipping but good to load and the farrier and once he trusts you he’s much better. Therefore no novices.

Grace is a lovely 15-year-old, 15hh Welsh Cob mare with a kind nature and a willing attitude. A much-loved family horse, she has done Pony Club, hunting, cross-country, fun rides and riding club activities, giving her a wealth of experience in a variety of environments.

She is straightforward on the flat with comfortable paces and enjoys her work. She hacks confidently alone or in company, is sensible in open spaces and has lovely manners both ridden and on the ground.

Grace enjoys jumping and has happily taken part in cross-country, hunting and Pony Club activities.

She is good to groom, tack up, load, travel and for the farrier and vet.

A genuine, kind mare looking for a knowledgeable, loving home where she can continue to be enjoyed as a fun, versatile all-rounder.

For your consideration.

14.3hh, 9-year-old Welsh Section D stallion.

I am in no rush to sell Derek and am simply testing the market. If the right home doesn’t come along, he will happily remain with me.

Derek is exceptionally well bred, being by the prolific Gwenllan Brynmor and out of Starloch First Lady, who’s by Pennal The Great an equally prolific stallion with multiple championships and titles under his belt. He is truly bred in the purple and offers a fantastic opportunity for both showing and breeding.

Previously driven, although he has not been in harness for several years.

Derek has enjoyed success both in-hand and under saddle. He was backed here as a 7-year-old and attended numerous clinics before beginning his ridden showing career. In his first season under saddle he gained his Picton qualification, and this year has contested a RIHS qualifier. Unfortunately, due to my lack of time, he has not been out to further shows this season.

He is a pleasure to travel, happily loading and travelling alone or in company. Derek has enjoyed numerous beach rides, been to the gallops, and has also had a taste of cross-country, where he popped his first fence and behaved impeccably throughout.

Derek would be a real asset to any stud, being a proven stallion with foals already on the ground, or equally to someone looking to campaign a quality Welsh Cob under saddle and chase the qualifiers.

He is a genuine, versatile horse with a wonderful attitude and is always willing to turn his hoof to anything asked of him.

Serious enquiries welcome.

Bags of 'look at me' presence and personality.

Welsh parents and a Clydesdale Grandparent. Breeding sadly not recorded but traceable.

Kerys came to A.E Equestrian last year to be lightly backed and then turned away to mature. She didn't take many weeks to get hacking out well.

About weeks ago when Keyrs came back we had a very honest discussion with her owner that whilst Keyrs was progressing well with being restarted she is a very young, green active horse who will take a good year to really settle to ridden life as she would like her, therefore she part exchanged her for another horse, more suitable to her lifestyle and riding confidence.

We think she is fab, she has all the bravado of a Welsh, is a powerful, active and attractive model and is proving trainable.

We believe she will be a fabulous all-rounder in time and excel in all RC areas, maybe working hunter will be her bag!

She needs a competent, knowledgeable home who understand the breed, and can competently educate just backed horses.

She is hacking well and has had a walk, trot and canter in the arena. Last week she did a couple of rears but rode on through this, she is a young horse with a big heart and even bigger personality so needs arson to match this.

Genuine enquiries please. She will carry to her education and hopefully join a fun ride or two in Autumn.

Video available on A.E Equestrian facebook page.
