Neil is a truly fabulous little horse with the sweetest outlook on life. Eye-catching, elegant and full of quality, he is the sort that turns heads wherever he goes and has all the attributes to make a top-class show horse.

Registered as Walk The Moon, he is exceptionally well bred by the legendary Sea The Stars, one of the greatest racehorses and most influential stallions of the modern era, responsible for producing offspring renowned for their class, trainability and athleticism. His dam is by Dutch Art, a proven sire whose stock are admired for their quality, movement and versatility. Having last raced in July 2025, Neil is fully RoR eligible and would be a serious contender in the RoR show ring, whilst also being an ideal Small Riding Horse or Hack prospect.

Neil has been beautifully produced on the flat. He works in a soft, correct outline with three balanced, rhythmical paces and is a willing, uncomplicated ride. He has a genuine workmanlike attitude, always tries his heart out and is the sort that simply wants to please. His natural elegance and presence ensure he stands out from the crowd wherever he goes.

He has also jumped a small course of fences. Whilst he isn't destined to be a world-class jumper, he is genuine, brave and happily pops whatever is put in front of him, making him a fun and versatile all-rounder for someone who enjoys a little bit of everything.

Out hacking, Neil is confident both alone and in company. He has seen farm machinery and village traffic, remains forward-thinking without ever becoming silly or sharp, and is an enjoyable horse to ride.

On the ground he is an absolute pleasure. A lovely character who is easy to have around, he is good to clip, shoe, load, travel and handle in every respect. He settles well in the stable and is genuinely uncomplicated to manage.

Neil represents a serious opportunity for someone looking for a quality RoR, showing or dressage prospect with the added bonus of being a fabulous hack and an enjoyable little jumper. Horses with his attitude, presence and versatility are always in demand, and he has all the ingredients to have a very exciting future in the right home.

Offered for sale through absolutely no fault of his own. A knowledgeable, loving home is of the utmost importance. For sale on behalf of a client.

All sensible offers considered to a knowledgeable home - please read full ad - she should be £15k plus!

Very striking and talented mare with superb movement and scope. She has been with us since she was three, and was in training but never raced.

She has been brought on slowly and carefully, and has been out competing in dressage (has moved up to BD Novice) with wins and lots of 2nd and 3rd placings. She's also been showjumping, arena eventing and three phase training at Tweseldown.

She moves very well and is very athletic. Can carry on with dressage or could event with the right rider.

Loads and travels very well. Stands quietly on lorry or trailer. Good to shoe, clip, lives out happily, good to catch and all those things

She is a sweet horse but can be sensitive at times. We treated her for ulcers at considerable expense - an unfortunate legacy from her days in training...
Priced to sell - she owes us far more than this but it's time she went to her next home now!

'The Dutchman '

16hh Weatherbys Reg
ROR eligible / Classy contender
16yr gelding

A perfect example of an allround little super star - working correctly stunning eye catching sort with the temperament to match.

Well put together Dutch presents himself with charisma and charm. A massive uphill movement that's guaranteed to catch everyone eye. A loving gelding who always aims to please.

Been in a professional environment since a youngster he has wanted for nothing and the world is now truly at his hooves to continue to enjoy the big world as his new owners best friend.

Previously Dutch has been a successful racehorse with a smashing bloodline going back to some real racing stars.

Retiring from racing sound and injury free Dutch has competed at local level showjumping and was said to be a star in the competition environment. He has recently been around a little course with masses of potential to work his way up. Hes proven willing, forward and keen to learn.

Dutch is a real trier who puts a lot of effort into what's being asked of him and enjoys everything and anything that involves engaging his brain and hocks.

Very nicely schooled on the flat he will walk, trot & canter in the arena. He will drop into a natural soft outline. And makes for a pretty impressive outfit between the white boards. Picture prize winning Warmblood ... on a budget!

Whilst he's not ready to compete at badminton this season he's certainly willing to give the jumping his best shot as well as the XC fast forward brave and fun fun fun . lots of TBs go on to make top class eventers and there is no reason he can't start some low level events right now

A sweet boy in the stable. Kisses and presents himself for a good bum scratch. Will let you muck out around him although can and will act as a rather large speed bump while she tries to 'help' sometimes Dutches brain can make him a little
'Full on' but it's his get up and get on with it attitude. Always waiting for what's next

Good to catch and happy to turn out in a mixed herd. Happy to go out but equally loves to come back in. A routine lover as most with great history's of doing a job

Hacks alone and in company hes proving to have a big heart as we tackle recent road works adjoining our stables. Dutch is patient with waiting to traffic light changes and of course she inconsiderate drivers lacking patience (we all get them) As previous is is forward and happy to walk out getting the job done without being silly or strong

Loads and travels well in a side loading lorry and a trailer.

Snaffle mouthed all times with us

No known issues, ailments or vices.
No complete novices as he is a blood horse and I think he would be better suited to a more experienced home. Looking to get out about and have a summer of fun

Tall dark and handsome .....

Straight out of racing Savvie has come to us to find his new forever home

Not a stress nor worried sort he gives a much more been there done it before vibe in all that's asked of him.

Hacking away sweetly - whilst he is prove to a green moment in heavy traffic he's always willing to put his bravest foot forward and digest the questions being asked. Has hacked with us alone and in traffic.

Since here Sav has shown a great love of cantering around our hay fields and is not strong nor silly just happy happy happy. Snaffle mouthed.

An ideal project for someone to pick up and give a job. Has had some down time in the field outside of races and is now back in work and very much loving a slower pace in life.

Super mover and has a capable scopey jump offering masses of potential in any sphere. ROR eligible.

Shod up to date and great with the farrier so we are told
Vaccines in date - so ready to get to some arena hires, fun riders etc

No novices as clearly needs some guidance in life still having only just jumped into the big wide world of riding horses. That said he's a straightforward chap and doesn't need any sort of lunging etc before popping on.

No sweetitch or sarcoids

No injuries retired sound just sadly not enough love for the racing game

There’s something quietly special about this lovely 4-year-old bay filly.

Bred by us ourselves, this girl was always meant to be a racehorse, but she is destined for a different path. Racing won’t be her future, which is hugely disappointing because she has all the presence, athleticism, and heart you could wish for. But for someone out there, this could be the beginning of something really exciting.

By Sholokhov, she has inherited exceptional movement, talent, and a naturally athletic frame. Standing around 16.1hh, she is a beautiful stamp of a horse with plenty of substance and a lovely kind eye. She’s already showing herself to be a super jumper with all the makings of a quality sport horse, hunter, eventer, or all-rounder. The type that will turn heads wherever she goes.

What makes her even more special is her temperament. She is safe, sweet-natured, sensible, and genuinely kind to deal with. Clean and sound with no vices, and no drama. Just a straightforward young horse with a lovely brain and a huge amount to offer someone willing to give her a new direction in life.

She is still currently in work with her trainer, which means she is fit, handled daily, and continuing her education. Ideally, we would love to secure her new home directly from the yard before she is turned away to the field, simply because she deserves the chance to move straight into her next chapter.

As an unnamed filly, her new owner will also have the rare opportunity to officially choose and register her name themselves, which adds a lovely personal touch to her story. She is also fully RoR eligible.

To us, she feels like one of those horses that simply needs the right person to unlock her potential. The racing world may not have been her forever home, but somewhere out there is a rider who will absolutely adore her.

Joey, a 16.2HH 2016 Thoroughbred Gelding standing at one of our BTT members livery yards.

Door to Door Transport Available Weekly

A true gentleman Joey is, with a heart as kind as his eye. Owned and loved for the past four years, Joey has spent his time enjoying exactly the sort of life Thoroughbreds thrive in after racing. From happy hacking to hunting and cross-country adventures, he has proven himself to be a genuine, versatile horse who simply enjoys having a job and being out exploring the world.

In the hunting field, Joey is bold, forward-going, and fun without being strong or silly. Out hacking he’s the type that gives you confidence to go and enjoy yourself, covering the ground beautifully with his big, comfortable stride. He isn’t a novice ride purely because he is intelligent and switched on, not because he’s naughty or difficult. In the right hands he is an absolute pleasure and forms a real partnership with his rider.

Standing at a solid 16.2hh, Joey comfortably carries a taller rider and has plenty of substance to him. He has excellent manners on the ground, is good to clip, good for the farrier, and travels beautifully in both trailers and lorries. His teeth are maintained regularly without fail, his feet are strong and reliable, and he keeps his shoes on with no fuss.

Most importantly, Joey is clean and sound with no vices, lumps, bumps, sarcoids, ulcers, or known issues.

And as if he couldn’t get any sweeter, he has the most beautiful little heart-shaped star on his forehead that everybody falls in love with instantly.

Having only raced once, Joey is also eligible for RoR/R2R classes, opening even more doors for his future home.

This is the sort of horse that becomes someone’s best friend. A genuine, much-loved gelding looking for his next adventure and a home where he’ll continue to be appreciated for the kind, honest horse he is.

A truly stunning mare with plenty of presence, she is a real head-turner wherever she goes. Having previously enjoyed a successful career as a broodmare, producing two foals, Happy has returned to work beautifully and has continued to progress in her retraining, proving herself to be an enjoyable and straightforward riding horse.

One of Happy’s standout qualities is her temperament. She is ridden by a variety of riders here, including teenagers, and takes everything in her stride. She is kind, willing, sensible, and genuinely enjoys her work, making her a pleasure to have around both on the ground and under saddle.

She hacks confidently alone and in company, regularly enjoys forest rides, and is excellent in open spaces. She remains relaxed and sensible when out and about and has proven to be the type of horse you can simply enjoy riding.

In the arena, Happy is working nicely and has also started pole work, which she has taken to with her usual willing attitude. She is establishing a solid foundation and continues to improve in strength, balance, and way of going with every ride.

Her ground manners are impeccable, and she is one of those horses who is easy to do in every way. She is affectionate, easy to handle, and a firm favourite with everyone who rides and cares for her.

Daphne 15.2hh 5yo Brown TB Mare

Daphne is ROR eligible and looking for a change of lifestyle. She would make someone a wonderful all-rounder/eventer/teenagers first horse.

Daphne does basic flatwork and has three balanced free moving paces. She has been schooled in a menage and open field happily. She carries herself correctly, forward going but safe and responsive. A small compact powerful type.

She happily pops a course of small showjumps without hesitation not fazed by any fillers and a water tray. She hasn’t done much jumping so can be green but is super genuine, will give anything a go, she never rushes and has a careful scopey jump.

She has also been cross-country schooling which she once again took all in her stride. Jumping all the basics along with some small arrowheads, steps, skinny’s, ditches, trakehners and water with no hesitation.

She is well mannered with a very sweet nature and loves fuss. A total pet to deal with. She has hacked out alone or in company around open fields & lanes, she isn’t fazed by anything. She has been to the beach regularly and swam in the sea. Never strong or silly. She’s seen plenty of the world.

She is a very easy going person. Happily goes on her own. Lives in & out alone or in company. Good to shoe, box & travel. She enjoys her work and is not marish in any way. No vices, no blemishes, no sarcoids, no previous injuries. She ran 11/06/26 so is fully fit but didn’t show enough to warrant continuing with.

Not suitable for a novice or children due to her age. She will continue to be educated and kept fit whilst advertised so price may increase.

No loans. No payment plans. No timewasters or day trippers. Serious enquiries only please.

  • Real genuine thoroughbred with huge potential

Bertie is a super smart ROR, he will excel in eventing and would be a prime candidate to aim for the Cornbury racehorse challenge - although he could do anything as he has a real sensible head on his shoulders and could just as much hack around the lanes and be your best friend.

He finished racing at the end of last year and had a lot of downtime before I got him. Although he is 7, he is a big framed horse and does still need time to fill out and strengthen up. I have taken him to arena hires, clinics and cross country schooling and he is very sensible out and about as well as hacking. Other horses don’t seem to upset him, in fact he doesn’t really seem to be phased by much!

I have recently had his teeth done and he has seen the physio, as I said above he does need to time to develop so I haven’t pushed him and we spend a lot of time hacking up and down hills to try and build up his hind end. He moves beautifully and has a really lovely balanced canter, he is very sensible to a fence (and away!) and is proving to be very brave.

He is very easy to deal with and currently lives in with daily turnout, he is shod all round and has been very good to do, I haven’t clipped him since I have had him. I travel him in a trailer but was also
told he loads and travels well in a horsebox.

He really will be your best friend and is a very trusting genuine horse that seems to love everyone! If I could find an owner for him he really wouldn’t be going anywhere but I just cannot afford to run 2. I would also happily keep him with me once sold for further producing or teaching for you and help during the changeover period. Lots of options available. I really do want to see him in the best home and be given every opportunity for success.

The most fun little horse , perfect teenagers fun or would suit an elder lady in riding club wanting to compete grass routes.

If your wanting a 90-100 horse that’s ready to go and have some fun on this mare this is a cheap horse for someone, sad sale due to owner’s circumstances Tara is actively looking for her next person.

16hh , 9yr old bay mare , Tara is ROR elidgable after running only 3 times as a 5yr old.
Tara has British evented to 90, and unaffiliated SJ, DR , fun rides, hunting, pony club camps , she took a 10yr old girl to pony club camp due to her pony not being fit to go. She was perfectly behaved for her.

Tara is good in all ways, she’s not a plod , current owners brought her with the view to continue her eventing but with a busy job and a growing family forces sale, she was used to ride and lead with a nervous young child and pony when not in full work she could put in a very rare excitable buck.

Tara is good to catch, clip, shoe, trim, load , travel, stands at the moutin block, good with mares and geldings, good in traffic. Hacks alone or in company.

When Tara was purchased with current owners 3 years ago she passed a 5 stage vetting, this is avaible to be sold with her.

Tara isn’t phased by fillers, ditches or water

Tara is looking for a loving home and homes will be vetted .

3 seriously flashy paces, working To medium level at home with a very trainable attitude. Plenty of ability to go on up the levels.

He’s got a super careful jump and is a genuine horse across country. He loves his work but has shown he’s not quite brave enough at novice level.

He’s good enough in the flat to be competitive at Badminton grassroots or U18s, he’d also be a fab pony club horse and would qualify for championships across all disciplines.

A very sad sale of a much loved horse, sadly finances mean I can’t keep him just to enjoy myself.
No novices or nervouses please, this horse loves his work and wants someone to match his enthusiasm.

Jack has only raced a handful of times and didn’t show enough ability.
He is a lovely mover and going very well on the flat and proving to be balanced and light in the mouth in trot and canter.

He has started to jump coloured poles and makes a good shape. He enjoys this work.

He has No Injuries, Vices or Issues.

He hacks alone or in company but hasn’t done much hacking.

Ready to carry on his training and I think he could be a nice Event prospect.
